Hi, we live in North Carolina. I wish every child with a speech delay could work with the speech therapist we used. She is AMAZING!! We never used an OT. My son has never had any sensory problems or problems with fine motor skills. I also had a great ABA consultant who was able to fill in the gaps missing for his speech and cognitve. I started giving my little boy at 2 years four months 50 mg of B6, 250mg of magnesium and the recommended dosage for DMG that is on the bottle every day. My son just turned four and we no longer have ABA or speech, but he is still on his vitamins, and he is still on a strict no dairy diet.
