What supplements are good if I want more strength and energy when I play basketball? I used to take creatine before playing. I found that it gave me great strength. I could dribble and drive to the basket stronger than I ever had before. HOWEVER, it caused me to get out of breath way to quickly, which was a bad tradeoff. Any suggestions? I'd be interested in either supplements that give you brief energey/strength (like for an hour or 2 of basketball) or supplements that increase strength and muscle in the long-term.
