Long story short, part of a filling came out of a molar and the tooth is loose .. I know it is going to get pulled. My main problem is one I wish I could get over and thats just fear of what I will look like, no not after one extraction but my teeth are bad, some crooked and overlaping others, some slightly loose and well they are just bad period. Both my parents lost all their teeth at a young age and despite flossing and brushing twice a day my teeth just seem to get worse .. I know that over time I will lose them all, if I had the money I would get them all pulled and get dentures but I can't afford it :(

I'm sorry if this seems like more of a vent but I am scared, I am 35 and I have read the stories of others with dental problems on this board and while it does make me feel 'better' (although it's not the word I really want to use) to know I am not the only one feeling like this it does sadden me to see so many going through these issues

Hopefully by this time tomorrow this tooth will be gone and perhaps I will feel a bit better
