Hi everyone! I hope everyone is doing well. I have a question:

I got tested for hiv 5 months after I had sex, and the result was negative, which means I did not have HIV. However, I was wondering whether I should be feeling calm and relaxed and trust the result... or since it was only 5 months after, the result is not as valid?

I'm looking forward to hear from you SOON, as I'm feeling more and more nervous every day...

Thank you to all who read this,
Torontoman

the CDC says that 90 days or 3 months is a conclusive test. so 5 moths is way conclusive. you are negative. congrats!

Hi Nyxin! Thanks for your quick reply, and your kind words :) You know, I noticed you helped out other people as well by giving them both emotional support and good advice, so I wanted to thank you for all your kind work!!! You're such a great person, and should truly be awarded for your niceness!!!

Best wishes,
torontoman
