I have started taking the B complex-100 vitamins. these B vitamins have the 100 mg formula which is way more than the USRDA. Some of these ingredients have more than 1,000-6,000 % of the USRDA. My question is: is this too much to take or am I just "pissing my money down the drain" ??

Well, I don't know how much you spent on them but if they were an expensive brand you might be paying more than you need to, but I think the RDA is too low for a lot, and WAY to low for some. For sure part is going down the drain and with some of them you may still need a little more, but at least you are getting more than you were before. In my opinion the B vitamins are worth the cost and if you are getting more than you need at least you know you have enough. I use B-50 capsules and take extra niacinamide because I don't think they have enough of that. Some people need more B6, if you don't remember your dreams you need more B6. I have read that thiamine (B1) in amounts of 1-2 grams a day is useful for people with MS. Probably some people need more of some of the others, too, but I don't have any info on that.
