Do a search for this.. There's TONS of info on dark circles. The only thing that's worked for me is good 'ole water. I drink lots of it each day and it really has lightened them.

Oh I forgot another thing.. I take a decongestant every morning. Allergies are a cause for dark circles.

Unfortunately, some issues are just the way we're made and are not so easy to fix. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/frown.gif I've never encountered a cream that will really work on your dark circles, despite all the promises out there. Even dermatologist prescribed fading creams only work on brown spots and freckles and such.

I did go for a free consultation at a laser center regarding using a laser to get rid of tiny broken capillaries around my nose. When I was there, they explained to me the details of a "photo facial" which was a whole face procedure for veins, light scarring, and (they claimed) undereye darkness. Granted, they were trying to upsell another one of their products, so I have no idea if this would really be effective, but supposedly laser technology is doing a lot for skin issues now. The downside is that it's way out of my price range, as I'm sure it is for many others.

For now I'm sticking to my trusty concealer. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

I've researched laser surgery and I've decided against it. From what I've read, it's not worth the money. There's a great chance that your dark circles will return and you may not even see that much of a difference after the surgery. I've learned that they probably won't go away and that I can only try my best to avoid certain things that make them darker. Make up can make all the difference in the world. Maybe you could find a great concealer that would help.
