I keep seeing posts about what vitamins to take for energy. Take a B-complex vitamin everyday. I take the one with 100 mg which is very hi in the USRDA range. The key here is to remember to take them everyday. I know people that as soon as they run out- they never replenish their supply and thats the end of their vitamin taking...sad but true. Also the stress tabs vitamins are pretty popular. But if you do take those- take 2 a day- 1 every 12 hours or so- they work the best for me that way.Just make sure your getting OVER the RDA range--- that is the key! Many experts also agree that the B complex vitamins is what slows the aging process.
