For all the people who have oxalate calcium kidney stones like me: I bumped in an old posting by Troubledchild where she gave us the url of a site that contains the list of the aliments containing a high percentage of oxalates. I had no idea I was eating all the wrong things...
This is the url: http://www.branwen.com/rowan/oxalate.htm

Polly, you wrote you're following a low oxalates diet and your stones are getting better. Am I correct in saying I am to avoid all food containing whole or white flour? It seems so drastic to me...no pasta, bread, crackers, nothing??

Well, I love bread, so if my stones are made of oxalate, well I'm in big big trouble.
