I found this list of suplements to help and prevent the formation of kidney stones. It seems to me you have to take A LOT of each thing and I would like to make sure there isn't some mistake.
I know there are a lot of you people taking suplements. Can you help me out? Is this what I should take daily?

Magnesium, 500 mg daily
* Vitamin B6 or Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, 50mg daily
* Vitamin B complex, 50 mg daily
* Vitamin A, 25,000 IU daily (avoid during pregnancy)
* Potassium citrate, 2,500 mg daily
* Green food supplements, daily
* Glutamine, 300 mg daily
* Folic acid, 25-50 mg daily
* Vitamin C mineral ascorbate, 1,000 mg daily

What puzzles me most is the amount of Vitamin C: I heard vitamin C is forbidden for people with calcium oxalates stones...

Thanks ladies!

Here I am again. Watch it with the Vitamin C, I heard this also. Although you need this vitamin, you might be better off getting it in your system another way. Can you doctor help you here?

Andrea
