I have IBS & i cannot eat alot of things. Recently, the only thing that made me feel good was eating bananas. I eat 8-10 bananas a day. This doesnt make me feel heavy, bloated or give me pain.
Is eating alot of bananas good or bad for you?
Any advice someone

Nothing wrong with eating bananas. Although, I would recommend you cut your servings down to half the amount your currently eating. Though, I will almost guarentee you will get sick of them in time. But otherwise it's ok but try to cut down, bananas do contain plenty of fructose(fruit sugar).

Thank you everyone for your kind comments. I have had linseed seeds & the raw oats cooked this morning. I still went to the toilet after i ate that. I been to so many gas doctors & all of them prescribed stuff such as Anti-depressants, pain tablets, gas tablets, etc... I dont know what to do. I have had the colon-indo scopy, scans, blood tests, etc... Nothing helped. Yesterday, i had soup & i went beserk. Thats the reason why i turned to bananas. I feel that & vegetable salads really help alot. I get alot of work done & i worry less about my stomach when i eat bananas. I also am less depressed & more focused. I know this sounds really dumb to only eat bananas but i have tried every other diet possible. With bananas, i have Rhodiola Rosea, Multi-Vitamins & chromium picolinate to regulate the sugar levels in my blood. I feel really good only eating bananas & i wish i could forever feel this way. I have not felt so good in so many years. I am socialable, more active, more awake & also way less angry. What happens if i have alot of fructose sugar?
I would really appreciate your comments or help in any way. I have read that ancient indian gurus only ate fruit & they survived. I am trying to find a good meal replacement with alot of protein.
I know this sounds dumb but solid foods make me go of my head, stomach pains, fatigue & also irratability.
Thank you IBS helpers
