i've always had bad headaces to the point where no pill helps and i would cry from the intense pain.I've had my wisdom teeth pulled out 3 weeks ago, they were impacted and they were giving me pain too.Now that it has been the 3rd week after the removal of them the area of the surgery is fine. But my upper teeth and the gums and the roof of my mouth hurts.I can feel something with my tongue when i touch around the roof of my mouth or whatever you call it.And ever since i got my crown 2yrs ago,my right side of my head has been hurting. My gums start bleeding, then the intense pain in my jaw, above my eye and my right side hurts.Like something sharp is going in and out of my head.I'm waiting for my dental insurance to be complete,i need to go get a deep cleaning done and some fillings. What can i do about the pain?I have a huge fear going to the dentist. Please advice....

As far as I know normally painkillers should provide some relief in such harsh situations. Perhaps consult your dentist or your GP which type of pills can control your pain the best way. Other than that, unfortunately you will probably have to have the rest of the dental work done, which meanwhile may be giving off pain as well.
And another thing, did you actually "always" have those torturing headaches or they only started recently? If they did start recently, this pattern sounds quite worrisome because as aforesaid painkillers should help at least to some extent.. I suggest you consult your GP about it if that's the case.

Good luck
