Hey all,
its me again, are ya sick of me yet? I have another really quick question for you. Can really bad allergies cause my inner ear problems? The doc says that I don't have an infection, but m,y allergies are awful right now. Everytime I blow my nose (which is constantly), My ears pop and its takes awhile for the pressure to leave. This happens mainly in my right ear and I can literally hear the air swoosh out of my ear. My allergies have really flared up in the last few weeks and I am wondering if this can cause the problems in my ears. My ears feel really stuffy and muffled, like I have a head cold. I also do have tons and tons of clear drainage and I woke up with my left eye swollen shut today (fun).

Also my vision is still pretty off and I was wondering, how long that usually takes to get back to normal? I mean my eyes are really sensitive to light and it's hard for me to focus, but when I look around my house at familiar things, it almost seems like they are foreign. Maybe that's just the foggy head. What do u guys/ladys think?

I havent been diagnosed with allergies specifically, but I was given allegra as a back up med for a sinus infection to make sure my sinuses were drying up properly.... that was about 5-6 months ago and i have a CONSTANT post nasal drip and my ears crackle and pop all day long... so yes, im pretty sure they are connected... the ears, nose, and throat are all sensitive of each other and are all connected.... the eye thing i have never expierienced but im sure u have nothin to worry about but might still want to go to the doc for some relief, i have heard of eye irritation from allergies before.... hope u feel better soon.
