Lately my discharge has been flowing like crazy, and it looks like clear with white stringys. there has been little white specks in it as well. Is this normal? Has anyone had this or know of what it could be? Thanks

Has anything changed recently - for example, have you just gone on the pill, or changed your pill (as this can change the appearance of your discharge)?
I have had the type of discharge you describe - and (to my knowledge) nothing was wrong. Sometimes discharge changes at different times of your menstrual cycle (it's a lot thicker for the two weeks before your period, but thin, stringy and runny at the beginning of the cycle).
I also remember having that type of discharge when I had thrush (although it was lot thicker than you describe) - are you itching at all?
If you don't itch, it doesn't smell foul, you're definitely not pregnant and you don't have any other symptoms (pain etc) - I expect it's completely normal. Maybe just wear a panty liner.
