I am wondering about something. I was talking to someone who has HpV and she is very active sexually. I heard wearing a condom prevents a low risk of contracting it however this is what I dont get. Please no one get offended. Say a male were to go down on her or stick other body parts up into her vagina un protected, are you able to contract it?

Don't usually respond to these type ?, but in the name of education I'll try to help w/
alittle info I know. I guess U R talking abt cervix-warts (papilloma vaginal warts), a
form of HPV. In science, there have been over 40 DNA types of HPV identified. U can't
take a simple blood test to see what HPV is giving U what illness. Anyway, Hers sounds
like an STD & cells are released in fluids from the area. Condoms are required & all
partners should be told or it will ruin lives. 1 HPV can cause Mono. Another can cause
chicken pox. It's a `virus' that can/or not, be active forever. STD warts can be treated by gyn. various treatments depending on how long she's had. Guys can carry
virus w/ no symptoms & U know the rest. Perhaps post on a different board?
