Hi everyone,Thought I would post just to chat abit, school started today for my teens, have two at home yet,17yr and 15 yr old girls,3 out of the nest, lolexcept the 24 yr old son,he returned for this past yr,he has two sons,my granbabies,4yr,and2yr,I have a 27 yr old single son and 21 yr old married daughter whom has two children,3yr old Corbin, and 8 month old daughter ,Aubrey, needless to say , when they are all here it is a riot, lol. And my Hubby of 27 yrs is on day shift today,he works for the state,so they switch shifts 1st to 2nd.so you would think I would be enjoying the quiet today, but nope,I find myself talking to our dog "sadie"and the 3 cats I adopted when driving school bus, they were dumped,to bad they cannot talk back, lol, anyway I thought it would be nice if we talked alittle about our familys and stuff, you know to bond abit, other then the situation that has brought us all together. My 15 yr old has been a godsend since before surgery, she just took over the heavy house work without asking,I now wash the light dishes, and have done laundry, but it takes abit since the machines are in the basement,so I make several trips as to not carry to much at once, lol at least the leg muscles are working out.Oh yes and lets not forget the tolit, lol that is one thing Breanna will not do,hahaha, can not say I blame her, Dan(hubby) he does all the cooking and has had to learn how to pay bills,And drives me to all my Doc visits, they have all helped alot,My 2 yr old grandson says I have big ochey,on my neck, lol, then crawls up on me and snuggles,i tell ya,little ones are dear, I hope everyone posts and chats abit too, I think it would be light hearted for a change and help us get to know one another,. Diana p.s sorry bout yesterdays post,I was abit upset, about the collar issue.

Solar,

How long has it been since your surgery? Be careful with the laundry lifting. Could be causing some of your pain problems. I am 10 weeks out and still on 5 lbs. restriction...don't take much clothes to add up to 5 lbs. I find that lifting causes problems.

Aw Gee's, you are prolly right about the clothes , I never gave that a whole lot of thought but the weight prolly adds up quick, for now on I will stick to just the transfer to the dryer, cuz I take one piece at a time, but then I gotta reach in to get them, gee's, I had surgery Aug, 13th,well I will turn that into the 17 yr olds job, she only has 1/2 days now cuz she has almost all her credits, its always something is'nt it.Diana.p.s Thanks Dennis, the reminder is a good thing.
