I wish there was more I can do for you. I know that everyone has their own personal battle, even if we all have the same symptoms.
Lots of luv! xo
Hello little Miss. So sorry to hear about your anxiety. AAlthough i haven't posted much, I've read and been helped by these boards.
I'm just wondering whether you are hyperventilating? This is overbreathing and its a natural reaction to stress and worry. I have just seen a specialist physio who told me that the consequences of overbreathing include shortness of breath, headaches dizziness and other symptoms.
She said that for people already dizzy, over time, the extra stress can tip them over into this overbreathing.
She showed me how to slow my breathing to about 10-12 breaths per minute by "tummy" breathing slowly at 3 seconds in and 4 seconds slowly out.
This is in NO WAY to suggest that your dizzy symptoms are caused by this-just that apparently overbreathing can increase anxiety and make things worse.
I think this is happening with me and I've only had this for 3 months
