has anyone tried breast enlargement herbs (greenbush in particular)? if so, what was your experience? i'm curious and wonder if it's worth trying. share in detail if you like - that would be great!

I've never tried any of them, but what I hear is that you do get some enlargement but it only lasts as long as you're taking the herbs. I'm a little nervous to try something that will affect the hormones so I have never tried them.

My best friend took them because she was so sick of wearing the "water bras" and extra padding. She ended up gaining weight ALL OVER from the herbs. I am not sure what brand--I think it was Blousant (or something close to that). You have to figure--your breast is fatty tissue, and if the pills/herbs help you gain that fatty tissue; where else do you have that type of tissue? That's where you will gain as well. Sorry to disappoint anyone who is willing to try them.

I too gained weight using Bloussant!
Has anyone ever tried New Curves, also an herbal breast enhancer?

I've never tried them, no, but I do have one thing to say...

I used to be an A cup, and I always wanted to have bigger breasts.

Then I went on the pill, and I got them... And let me just say that (and I'm sure others will agree with me) having bigger boobs is overrated. Sometimes, yes, there are upsides, like looking curvier, or filling a shirt well or something.

But there are downsides... Like I had to invest in a strong sports bra to run in or else they hurt like hell... And I can't get away with wearing halter tops without built in support or a strapless bra, pfft. And trying on two pieces? That is the worst... Cute little triangle bikini tops make your boobs look like commandos...

and I am only a B-cup...

My advice: Unless your boobs are completely non existent, try to love them http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

i'm fine w/small breasts, but mine have been affected by nursing my 2 kids - not a pretty sight! i'm hoping they will help - i'd be happy to have my old breasts back.

I can relate to the nursing aspect, I nursed my two children and was once a D-cup and am now a C, but not a full C. I love my breast and the very fact they (I) am healthy is top priority, I would still thoroughly enjoy the full, round D cup. I have researched impalnts extensively but have strong reservations.
I prefer a more natural approach and would appreciate any and all input.
Thanks

My roommate tried something called 'La Femme,' she said she noticed a little difference, and it also balanced her moods. I've noticed her gaining weight, though, which is something I wouldn't screw around with. Anything that affects your hormones could cause you to lose or gain weight.

I was thinking of trying a 'Wild Yam' cream because I've read that using wild yam, saw palmetto, and fenugreek in combination can help the issue. The only thing that stopped me is it's too expensive (about $33 for an amount less than the butter I put on my toast in the morning.

I'm actually using those greenbush herbs right now.
Anything that will change my hormones in a natural way... yes please!
I just started using them a few days ago.
I don't know if they will work for my breasts, but who cares if you can have happy hormones hehehe.

I'll let you know if they do, it would be nice for sure.
One thing I can tell ya about the fenugreek is that it makes my armpits smell funny, but that can be overcome.

I used the kit from small breast solutions which I think is basically the same as greenbush (when I called sbs they actually recommended that one to me if I didn't buy from them, but I opted to go with sbs because they had a really good deal at the time and I'm so lazy I really needed everything to already be done for me... if I remember with greenbush you'd be concocting the lotions and teas yourself, right?) Anyways, I only used it for about two months and although I didn't gain any in size that I can tell I really did gain some firmness and fullness which is what I really wanted anyway (I'd be more than happy to have smaller breasts if they were firmer... but after 5yrs of nursing even though I went back down to a b cup my breasts were really hanging and the nipples were hanging too, blech!). Also, with rubbing the lotion on my breasts twice a day for some reason I just became more happy with them (the hubby too as I enlisted his help). It only cost me about $40/mo which is about what you'd pay for any sort of supplement so I think it was well worth it to me at least... I also noticed other benefits from taking the pills. I did put on about 8lbs during that two months, but that may have been just because I was making extra certain I was getting lots of good food while taking the pills and also just prior to starting this I had been heavily exercising and taking thermogenics to try to lose some weight, so I may have just had some sort of metabolic rebound effect..???

I tried the whole breast enlargment system from Greenbush earilier this year and had no noticeable results. I had such high hopes! But I was disappointed. I didn't really even want to increase my size (I'm already a 36-C) I mostly wanted more firmness and fullness.

I don't think I actually noticed any improvement at all--I ended up stopping the system because the pills made me gain a few pounds. Don't want that!

Perhaps the biggest reason I stopped taking my pills was because I got two "age spots" on my upper lip. When I first started to notice the brownish spots appearing, I did research like crazy to see what could be causing them and every search I did came up with the fact that an increase in female hormones will cause these "age spots" to form. Well, I'm only 29 years old, and I'm very very careful about sun exposure etc. I don't smoke, and I take good care of my skin. So I concluded that it was the extra female hormones in the pills I was taking for breast enhancement that did it and I stopped taking them immediately. The spots have faded some, but I'm still to scared to begin taking the rest of my pills I have left over. The spots look like I have a mustache! Ick! I had to buy this cream that fades them. Not worth it.

I guess I can't PROVE that the pills caused the dark spots, but with all the reports and findings I found about what causes those spots, it sure looks like it was from the pills. (the hormones in them, anyway)

So, I guess what I'm trying to say is that IF the pills had really worked and helped me firm up or even grow a size, I would take the risk of more brown spots on my face and I might use them again even though I might get the spots back. But, the pills seemed to do NOTHING for me--and I followed the instructions to a tee. I even smeared the powder in a lotion all over my chest every night and wrapped myself in plastic wrap while I slept! I held my breath (cause the powder tastes awful!) and ate two tablespoons of the powder each day, along with taking all the pills they suggested. I got nothing but brown spots on my upper lip to show for it.

But, this being said, I've heard that the pills DO work for some people, so I may not be the best example. It's something you might have to test out on your own. I just posted this so you will be aware of some of the side effects, and so that you'd know that although there are many wonderful claims about these herbs, they don't always work.

Hope this helps someone out there...
Diana

Hey, I have started taking wild yam, saw palmetto and fenugreek pills 2-3 times a day.
I tryed massaging but when I leave it on under cling film at night I over heat and cant sleep.
The tea is ok too, especially with honey.
I will let you know if I notice anything, although they somehow feel firmer already, and get bigger than usual when I am turned on.

The cost is annoying thhough, and if after 3-4 months I notice nothing I will stop using.

Why can't we just all be happy with what Mother Nature (or God, your preference) gave us?

Because men aren't! I'm going to be 41 next month, am thin and have always had small (size A) breasts. I only have an idea of how men fondle and caress, and get excited by, most women's breasts when making love. In general men I've been with make love to me and IGNORE my breasts. So yes I would like to have nicer breasts, so I will be more appealing to the opposite sex, and be treated like a real woman!
