Your pressure looks ok to me. My gp wanted my bp to be 130/80. He thought that was a good pressure. right now my bp is 141/72.

A BP pf 106/66 is fine and dandy! You'll probably outlive your doctor! ;) The only time it should be of concern is if you are experiencing dizziness, lightheadness or fainting.

Dizziness was one of the reasons I was there. The others are easy bruising, very tired, and pains in my back. He's running some bloodwork on me and told me if anything was abnormal he would call me today when he got my results.... I haven't heard from him, so I'm assuming I'm good to go!! :)

Your blood pressure isn't too bad. Mine's 94/60. My doc put me on florinef acetate to raise my blood pressure a bit so I'd stop blacking out all the time. It's worked great too. I haven't been dizzy in weeks.

Lisa - Your BP's not bad, but you should consider that some people get what's called the "white coat" effect - there blood pressure gets abnormally high during doctor visits (presumabley from being nervous?). Since you are having symptoms of dizzyness, it's possible that your regular BP is actually lower. If the docs can't come up with an answer, you may want to get a BP monitor (I have a wrist monitor, $65 at Costco) easy to use! You can check your own BP when you're feeling symptomatic and see if it gets worse.

These symptoms could be caused by thyroid problems and/or adrenal problems. If your doctor did a thyroid test on you you should ask for the numbers and post them on the thyroid board, since many doctors are unaware of the new ranges for normal thyroid tests.

Good luck
