A week ago I stopped taking my birthcontrol pill (Allesse) and now I feel really moody and grumpy, and I want to sleep all the time. Can someone explain why I suddenly feel this way?

Your body is adjusting to the Hormones stoping! It happened to be 6 mths ago when I got off Alesse. Don't worry about it! It will pass!

Its just a little adjustment. I think you would feel fine as the concentration levels of the birth control pill weakens.
