My resting heart rate is high and even though I take Wellbutrin it's still high. Doc thinks that it's probably due to anxiety and once we get the anxiety taken care of my resting heart rate will go down. Does anyone else have this and how did you do anything or take a drug of some kind that lowered it?

thinking about your pulse or measuring it will always make it go up for an anxious person. so try to ignore your pulse and heartbeat

a beta blocker med such as inderal would help if indicated, but do try to ignore your body, many anxiety sufferers make themselves worse by monitoring and checking their bodies
