Hello its Walty again
Just wondering if anyone else experiences this odd little symptom with their dizziness. I have had constant vertigo for about 5 months now, but the vertigo feeling seems to be on its way out. I only notice it when im laying down or sitting still. But i still have this weird constant feeling of almost an overwhelming feeling in my head. Its extremely hard to explain. Not lightheadedness like im going to pass out but an overwhelming feeling (especially when I look around a room real fast) that just makes me close my eyes. Its very strange, like if i am sitting in a chair, I can't turn around and look at something. I have to get up and turn around otherwise I get this weird feeling. I get the same feeling when looking at store shelves sometimes. Someone has explained this to me this way: Your vestibular system is out of whack so your brain relies more on your vision and this feeling is just a sensory overload from your eyes. NOt exactly sure but this sounds right to me.
ANyone with any info? or also have felt this way?
its just really annoying and ruins a day pretty well. You dont feel up to much when you feel this way.
