Sometimes, maybe a couple times in a day but not every day, I get this pain in my heart. It's not excruciating, but it does hurt. And it doesn't beat faster, just harder, so I can feel it beating and clearly see my left breast moving out and in. It doesn't last longer than a couple minutes, and these episodes don't seem to be triggered by any activity or anything. I've been ignoring it, thinking that it's normal, but because I haven't always had the problem, it may not be that normal. I'm on the lower end of normal weight, and the upper end of normal cholesterol and blood pressure and I don't exercise. I really doubt this is actually a problem, but in light of the fact that a friend of mine just died of a heart problem no one, including himself, knew he had, I just thought I'd ask.
