I just saw commercials for the multiplying mascara. Usually I don't go run out and buy after just one or two commercials, but I was out of mascara and thought I'd pick some up while I was grocery shopping. I hate it!! It doesn't do anything that the commercials say it would. I like Lash Discovery but can't always find it in Brownish Black like I need. Anyone know of mascaras that give pretty much the same result as Lash Discovery in Brown/Black shade? thanks!!

ZA waterproof mascara has a small wand as well... i've never tried lash discovery. but by looking at the wand, its prety much the same. and when they say waterproof, they really mean it!

I bought the Multiplying Mascara last week as well, but I don't hate it, I think it's good. I think the best I've used so far is LASH EXPANSION, though.

I've used Lash Discovery also and did like it. But I'm always trying out other mascaras and am now using L'Oreal Lash Out - the regular for upper lashes and waterproof for my lower lashes. It's a good mascara - if you are looking for a mascara that lengthens. Remember, you can always buy another brand of mascara and just wash and reuse your Lash Discovery brush if you really like it but cannot find the color you are looking for.

The only other brand name that I have found that has the tiny wand is KISS mascara. Puts little mascara tubes around your lashes, quite different from any other mascara on the market. Defines your lashes but does not thicken them. Can be found at salons/spas not at the department store.

Hope this helps.

I love this mascara!!! :) I find it makes my lashes look like falsies. ;) I apply two coats and one really good think about this is it don't clump.

okay - I think that it was because the mascara was brand new when I decided that I didn't like it. I've been using it for the past few days and I actually kind of like it now. It keeps the lashes more seperate than others I have tried, but still keeps them natural looking. I guess I spoke too soon, but thanks for the suggestions!
