i am a young mother with a 7 month baby and i have recently stopped breast feeding and my breast has dropped, i have try herbal breast enhancing creams and different stuff and nothing is working, what do you think i should do.

I'm not an expert in the area, but I would start doing some exercise rather than relying on any supplement.

I breast feed both of my daughters. I am 30 yrs. old and my breast sag. I can just tell you to get a very good support bra. I don't know about exercises because your breast are fatty tissue not muscle, so I would not think exercise would help.

I must say I totally agree with Emily. I also have breast fed two children and Im only 31. I have rather small breasts to start with but I assure you they also sag. Take comfort in knowing the reason you have sagging breasts. A wonderful, happy, healty baby. Good luck and congrats!!

Hi..yes,though its true that you cant really excercise your breasts, you can excercise the muscles surrounding the breasts,giving them a bit more support.
