Sponsor Streetcar 09-13-2004, 03:40 PM Hello Angelface25  I had my gallbladder removed last year via laproscopy (most common procedure for gallbladder removal) and I was off work for 1 week and light duty for another week. My surgeon told me that if there were complications and he had to complete the procedure with an old fashioned incision then I would be off work for 3 to 4 weeks. It really is a very easy procedure (for me any way) and you'll do great! farscape66 09-14-2004, 12:15 PM I had mine out in July, took 3 weeks off just to be sure. I have a very good disability plan. |
