this is very common from stress and anxiety and is mentioned here often
ask doc to check your heart and if he says its from anxiety, basicly you need to learn to relax and to cope better with stress

If it's the same thing... I'll get where I feel like my heart stops for a second and when it starts again it goes BOOM! When my daughter was 3 months old I was getting that about every 30 seconds for 4 hours straight every night! After the 3rd night I went to a doctor, wore the monitor, etc... it was anxiety. He said that it feels like the heart misses a beat, but instead of it beating on 1-3-5, it would beat on 1-4-5. Totally benign and fairly common.

I hate these things too. They can get out of control and make you feel like you have something very bad going on. I mean what can be worse than having something wrong with your heart? Well its really just a pyschological battle if the doctors tell you that you are healthy, becuase they are not harmfull. Reassure yourself and move on. As hard as that is.
