Hello, I want to start taking a quality multi vitamin everyday. I am a 24 year old female. I've heard of vitamins with no starch, no whey, etc etc. What is a good natural type vitamin with none of that added cr*p we don't need anyway :) ???

There are quite a few good brands so I wouldn't want to single one out. Do you have a store in your area that sells mainly vitamins or a natural foods co-op? You might want to go and talk to someone there. The online stores usually will give you information of what is and isn't in each brand of multi vitamin that they sell, too. What you probably don't want to do is get your vitamins at the grocery store and probably not the local drug store either, although sometimes they do have good brands. If you check out the label it says what fillers and binders are in them. If it doesn't specifically say "no sugar, corn... etc." don't buy it because the brands that are careful to leave those things out are also careful to let you know that they left them out.

Any health food store (Whole Foods is great) carries a wide selection of multivitamins that do not contain starch or other junk, and many of them are labeled "vegetarian". :)
