Can anyone please tell me what causes this?? the radiologist said acid reflux??? I just don't know scares me to death. any input would be great. Thanks

He's right. And it is also a common spot to develop an ulcer. Have you seen your doctor yet? I would advise you to see him very soon and to follow his advice closely. I have all of that and it is not a lot of fun. Do what he says and go online for lots of info. Good luck!

I have gone to my gI doc, he sent me for the UGI, Just got home from it. I will have the colonoscopy on Oct 5th, *dread it*. I have been having really bad digestive stuff, like diarrhea after I eat, but I have completely cut out coffee (big deal for me) alnost 3 months now no coffee or any caffeine for that matter, I eat wheat bread and that seems to help with the stools, I don't really have a lot of pain, but I'm just scared it's something bad.
does the inflamation ever go away?

its gluten responsable for the damage done to the duodenum(inflamation)
