I really hope someone can help me with this. The last few days, since Friday i would say, i've been feeling a once in a blue moon slight pressure in my pelvic area, near my lower womanly area. It would push on me, give up and either stay away for awhile or come back and go, come back, go, and then go away. In fact, yesterday, i felt fine until I got home and then i felt that. Also, when i'm taking a shower and i'm washing my vagina, i start to feel that pressure again. it's on the left, on the side of my vagina.

anyways....i took a UTI test, because i've had a UTI about 6 years ago and then my first known kidney stone about 10 months ago. at that time, i passed one and then about 2 months later, had to have surgery to remove the 2nd one. never in my 29 years of life have i ever had kidney stones and then suddenly, 2 of them at once.

i'm 30 now, female and i live in arizona, so i realize, in this summer heat, i don't drink as much water as i should and that my urine is dark yellow most of the day and that when i come home from work, i have to work on drinking enough water to get me to a clear urine.

anyways, the UTI test showed that it's negative for nitrates or nitrites, can't remember, but that i'm very positive for white blood cells in my urine.

what exactly does this mean, having the white blood cells and how serious is it? i can't afford more time off from work, all my vacation, sick and personal time has been used up and my doctor is so busy, that usually it takes a week to get an appointment, unless it's extremely bad. i just don't want to go through this all over again.

i've had no burning, no urgency to urinate, no back or side pains. the only thing, is the pressure feeling i feel once in awhile.

any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there.....I too have been having pressure when I try to urinate or do the other and I bought an URI test also that tested neg for nitrites but pos for white blood cells. I was wondering if you found out what was wrong? Do you think it could also mean I have a yeast infection? Any advice will help since I have never had an URI in my life. Thanks!
