Hey Guys.
I was recently researching hair supplements and what vitamins/minerals benefit the hair. My question is not exactly what supplements to take, but rather, do the supplements actually benefit the hair that has already grown?
When hair emerges out of the follicle, it is already dead, is it not? In turn, how can nutrients in the body “enhance” hair that’s already dead?
I can see how taking supplements may benefit hair that has yet to grow, but not hair that has already. Is this actuality?
Any input would be appreciated and thanks in advance!

Hair that has already grown is essentialy dead. If it was healthy as it was grown it willl last a long time. If not you will be able to see that it looks bad, and it will break. There is nothing you can do to make it better. Cut it off and grow a better crop.
