I just want to make a comment about how educational and beneficial healthboards.com can be. Anytime I have a question related to health issues, I start a thread and almost always get the answer I'm searching for. This website is an awesome way of letting out your feelings about weight loss, nutrition, or any kind of illness that one may be worried about. It's a great way to find answers and perhaps calm the mind by realizing "you" aren't the only one, and reading other people's way of coping can help you, as well as you helping others. :)
