My husband has had this skin condition all of his life. His mother took him to a dermatologist when he was a little boy and was told he just has dry skin but it has to be more than that.

He has millions of small red bumps on the top of his arms to the shoulders and to his back and all the red bumps are where his hairs grow out of his skin (hair follicles?). He also has some on his upper legs.

Does anyone else have this or know what this condition is called?
