Hi its kira again. Well i just dont know what to do, im getting by, but only if i keep eating this bland food, keep doing colonics, and taking my meds. Recently i visited my shrink and it went okay i got another appt. with her in a week or so- guess its something to look forward to. I got my thyroid tested, but all they found was that my glycerin(dont know how to spell) was high, but that it wasnt the problem. I still havent visited my ob/gyn about my cycle so i havent gone to check that, but i feel like im running out of options!!!! I dont want to have ibs and i dont want to be like this forever thats why im trying to test for everything possible! before i accept this.

What kinds of symptoms do you have? I have IBS with constipation and drinking water never helps. My doc told me to get my thyroid tested also..I will be doing that this week. i always get bloated and never have the urge to go to the bathroom. wbs
