Hi all!

Thanks for reading this and I hope to hear any suggestions.

I was just told I am extremely allergic to soy. So I have to eliminate that from my diet. Not too bad but I am a vegitarian so that eliminates tofu and my fav veggie burgers.

My doc also thinks I might be allergic to dairy too!! Which means cheese (I love cheese) and yogart have to go soon too!

Any suggestions on what I can use to replace these things? My doc had a suggestion on a milk but that was about it.

Any suggestions that people have would be so great. Thanks.
