My skin is so dry and rough feeling. I'm almost ashamed for a girl to touch it! What do you recommend? Thanks.

this is a cheaper alternative to spa.
mix olive oil (the one for body..not cooking) with your body scrub. then apply it all over your body. you can exfoliate it while applying. leave it till dry. and start rubbing it off by scrubbing and rubbing till most of the scrub comes off. during that time, your dead skin cells will come off. of course be logical and dont scrub too hard till it hurts. you can get someone to help you for your back.
after that, soak with a milk bath. you can get milk bath (its in a powder form) at the body shop. rinse off, apply a moisturizing cream.
your skin will be softer.
keep doing this at least once or twice a month. doing it once a year wouldnt help much. keep it regular.
good luck!

You might want to consider some of the copper peptide products and emu oil. Even the doctors and cell biologist use these two products for improving their skin.

I buy from http://stores.andale.com/select It works, and the copper peptides actually have real clincial studies behind them.

What I do is put a good moisturizing lotion on my whole body after I shower! Your skin will stay soft all day! Don't take hot showers or a bath either! :)

I'm a bloke who is not ashamed to admit he uses skin care products to keep my face looking GOOD! even though I'm ugly! I use a face mask sold by Genesis X11. They even give you a guarantee! Look on www.northernmystique.com (http://www.northernmystique.com)

Use a loofah or Buff-Puff in the shower to get the dead skin cells off and put Nivea skin cream on afterward.
