Absolutely yes yes yes, I get comfort for knowing that there are others like me out there. That I am not the only one having problems and that there is a community of people ready to support each other. Only people who have been living with depression can truly relate to others with these feelings and I am so glad to "meet" new friends here.
I somehow feel better trying to encourage someone else. It has already made a big difference on how I greet each new day. I wish more people would post and join in as we struggle ..... Thank you for this board , for the easy way to access it and for allowing us to get "free therapy"!!!
