Lately I will be getting these sudden tingling in my head. It feels like goosebumps, or the chills but its on my head...it tingles. And it sometimes goes to my face. I am so scared that it could be a nerve or something worse. I looked up symptoms and under anxiety and it never said head tingling.

I get that too but it only lasts for a second or two when something scares me or I think of something frightening or something along those lines. I think it is a side effect of the medicine I'm taking but I'm not sure. If your tingling is constant then seeing a doctor would probably be a good thing to do but I doubt it is serious.

see a doc if it de oesnt stop, it may be the fight or flight response reducin g bloodflow to the head due to stress
