I read an interesting article that said women who are on the pill can easily become deficient in folic acid and other b vitamins, which makes a lot of sense. It said it is real important to take a vitamin if you take the pill. Does anyone know what other vitamins or minerals are affected by being on the pill?

this is important to know! thanks for posting it.

my doctor strongly advised me to take a B-complex and a mutli vitamin everyday. to compensate for what the pill depleats and also helping the body adjust to the pill.
