For the past month or so, I have been waking up in the morning with rumbling noises in my left ear. As far back as I can remember, I am 52, my ears have always snapped and cracked. These rumbling noises are entirelly different. The noises are a result of my head rubbing on the pillow, rotating my head, massaging the side of my head, jaw, neck. I believe that these noises are waking me up.??Once I am up and out of bed, the symptoms disappear. There is always a little pressure in my ears which can be relieved by "poping", plug my nose and blow. Any helpfull information would be appreciated. Am I hearing things????????
