Here's the deal......I got tested about the beginning of june for HIV because I got scared of an encounter the month or so before and it tested negative but since then I have had 4 times past that, 3 total in mid June and Early July where it was unprotected and I am scared to death because of a few reasons....
1. My tongue has been "white-coated" for about a month now and it just won't go away, I haven't taken any medications for it but It just won't go away. It hurt if I bit into my tongue too much to try to scrape off the white coating, teeth can do that, but nothing more, it hasn't seemed to spread to any part of my mouth after this long and I am scaring myself into thinking its Thrush but when I went to the doctor a few weeks back, he just said that something viral was going on and he couldn't pinpoint what was wrong. Wouldn't thrush by now have spread to other parts of my mouth if it were the case?
2. I have been sweating during the day a lot as far as my hands, my feet, and especially at the armpits as of late. I came home the other night from being out and my shirt was soaked under the arms and I think I shouldn't be sweating that much. But I dont sweat when I sleep for some reason, it feels like my under arms have a little bit when I wake up, like they dried up but nothing to soak the bed or anything.
3. I have had what seems like my nose being constantly congested and My eyes were hurting the other day as if it were a headache but that was the first time that happened since the day I came to school (college) this year where I felt flushed and stuffed up, headache but it went away the next day so I think I was just tired and pain in the back of my neck when I am driving long distances
4. Some stomach pains but seemed to go away after eating and if I went to bathroom but at one point about 3 weeks ago were pretty heavy and I had soft stool for a week at the time with a couple days of diarrhea or so with it being soft every now and then right now
5. I can type well and it seems like I make a lot more mistakes and forget what I'm typing sometimes like Im confused?
I think I caught something my little sister was sick with when I went home a few weeks back after being at school for a week or so. Before that it seemed I wasn't really experiencing anything like the sweating or anything and she said that her tongue was white and she would sweat at her feet but she said it went away with taking Tylenol but she seems to be getting more headaches recently which could be migraines because my brother went through them a few years back. I'm wondering if its the same little viral thing that happens to be lingering about because I haven't really taken any medications except for a few penicillen(no clue how to spell that) pills that seemed to make the white tongue go away for a a couple days or so. Can a viral sickness last this long? Is it because I haven't taken any medications so its just taking its own course or does it sounds serious to be HIV because I have been worrying about it hardcore. I actually had to get a mouth piece to wear at night to protect my teeth because I was clenching and grinding my teeth so much at night for some reason and the dentist asked me if I was stressed about anything and of couse I said no because my mom was standing there as she always is at a dentist appointment if she goes with me. The funny thing is I don't remember my glands ever being swollen, just little sore throats that I usually get for some reason every now and then from the air being dry and climate change with the weather the way it is where I'm from, the weather changes constantly.
After alllll that, I have been reading that thrush is also associated with Diabetes. My grandmother found out she was diabetic in her early 70's and is still strong, it was just an accident how she found out. My mom told me it skips generations and that I could have the possibility of being Diabetic. Do any these symptoms seems to coincide with a Diabetic, if anyone knows at all? Someone reply! Thanks.
