Does anyone know if Cigarrettes have high Iron in them? I mean it is tobacco, so I know there would be some. but does anyone know for sure?

Quite the opposite, I have to much iron. So much its virtually cut my life expectancy by 30 years.
And I use to smoke...alot, till about 2 weeks ago.

Congratulations quitting smoking!
You must have Hemochromatosis? My brother had that, and he was a heavy smoker too. I don't know if that would add iron to your system, but smoking aggravates everything, so quitting can only improve your health now.
