Has anyone tried the hair off facial buffer? It seems to be that "sand paper" type pad that you literally buff the hair off with?

I'm thinking of trying it but have a few (okay, a lot) of questions first. (I'm talking about for upper lip hair here)

Did it hurt? Did it make your skin all red and scratchy? If it did turn the skin red, did it stay like that long, or just as long as waxing? Did it really work?
