Hi everyone,
I have been found to be missing the two Posterior Communicating Arteries as well as minor ectasia of the basilar artery. An incident on 09/22/03 has been diagnosed as a TIA. Does anyone have anything similar or any comments or suggestions. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

yes, i have something similar. my basilar artery was 90+@ blocked and i am missing those arteries as well. plus my left vertabral artery was almost plugged. i had a stent put in my basilar artery to fix it. no fixing the ones that are missing though.
