Does anyone know anything you can use (cream etc) that really works for waking up with bags under your eyes?
Also I need to know if there is anything to use for drooping eyelids vs. surgery.
Absolutely nothing short of plastic surgery will eliminate or even slightly improve bags under the eyes or droopy eyelids. If the bags are caused by swelling due to a health condition then taking care of that condition will do much to get rid of the swelling. Other than that the only recourse is cosmetic surgery. Don't waste your time and money on creams, lotions or gadgets.

I agree with Rita. You can only make them more moisturized, but you're going to look the same. Anyone who promises you anything different is trying to sell you a bill of goods! Don't believe it.

Hi,
I have puffy eyes due to allergies.
I have tried cold towels under my eyes, and it does help, but nothing gets rid of them entirely!

I've got the nordic droops also and the bags under the eyes and what helps me is first thing in the morning is put a hot wash cloth(not too hot) over my eyes for a couple minutes(well, you use a hot iron to smooth out wrinkled clothes right?)and then put a cold wash cloth right after for a minute. I have it as part of my daily ritual and it really helps to de-acentuate the baggy eyes, allergy meds don't work for elimanating it much, nothing works for the nordic droop tho except surgery.

I have the bags as well. Thankfully my glasses cover them. Tea bags and cold water reduce the puffiness. Hemmroid cream works really well as it shrinks the tissue. I also have the heavy eyelids...feels like I'm carrying weights on my eyelids but there's not much I can do about that. My mom had an eyelift. It did wonders for her, she doesn't look exhausted anymore.
