Hello

I have an inflamed penis tip and head. It is red and irritated, but it does not itch. I know it is not from anything sexual because I have been tested for everything. I did use a harsh soap in that area for about 3 months. If this is the problem, what can I do and how long will it take to get back to normal. It is causing me major stress. Any reply will be helpful.
