has anyone used garneirs new, 'pure A' moisturiser?....does it work?

and also, does anyone know how to get rid of red marks left from previous spots, fast, i know using creams with cocnut oil usually do...but i dont want somethign greasy, as its going on my face and i havent seen any moistrisers that have coconut oil in, for you face....any suggestions?
