Here's one I cant figure out, I get this strong pain in the third and fourth toe in right foot and on top as well, for about a minute then it just goes away, with great relief, nothing brings it on, it's like an attack, I'm thinking its some kind of nerve pain but I can't find the source, never been injured in foot, can anyone relate????

I had something similar happen at work the other day, it quite literally felt like I stepped on a large nail that went through my shoe, into my sole and out the top of my foot. I rubbed it which didn't seem to help but after about a minute it was gone. Never happened again it was very wierd.

sounds like it could be a pinched nerve. I had that years ago and had to have it operated on. I went to a regular Dr. after seeing a podiatrist, he only wrapped it and it did nothing to help.

Sounds like pinched or trapped nerves.

I had a trapped nerve. Had a release but it is back again.
