I've never heard of anyone getting sick from taking vitamins. Why not try Liquid Vitamins mixed with juice. You may also want to consult with a Nutritionist.

You were looking for vitamins in a grocery store? You need to visit a store that specializes in supplements like Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, etc. Look in your yellow pages or order online or by calling there 1-800 number. Or using a search engine like google type in the words: Liquid Vitamins.

The iron may be getting you sick. Try natural vitamins without iron. Unless you already did, then I have no clue.

Did you take the vitamins on an empty stomach? Multi vitamins and B-complex should only be taken with a meal. However, the sick feeling in the stomach should come right away and not three days later.

I used to work in a Health Food Store and sold supplements there. Yes, you can get sick from taking them. The iron and the B vitamins would definitely be what I look at first. It could be anything though. It could be Zinc.
The three day issue could be that you have reached max capacity on one of the minerals or vits in the supplement and you aren't processing it correctly.
Is it a capsule or a tablet? Are you taking other pills at the same time? If you take a bunch of capsules at the same time sometimes the capsules will actually float to the top of your stomach and push on the part of your esophogus that makes you want to throw up - someone told me that I don't know if that is true.
I would definitely take it with food. The other issue is that it could be bad. Maybe it wasn't shipped without it getting too hot.
I would definitely go to a specialty store to find your vitamins.
Good luck.
