I am 29 years old and recently started thinking that I might have a learning disability because I just learned about it by reading some articles.
I've had learning problems throughout my education...I always wondered why I was slower at learning things and my reading comprehension is not very good as well, which is why I choose not to read too many books.
As a result, I have always been a very shy person with low self esteem. I may have a social anxiety disorder due to my possible learning disability as well. I am afraid of public speaking and find it more difficult to communicate with males for some odd reason. How can I find out if I really do have a learning disability? Any advice is appreciated.
