I've come a long ways since I started using bcp, but I'm curious as to when does the brainfog subsides? My definition of brainfog is a spacey, lightheaded, slightly dizzy feeling. It hinders my ability to think quickly and makes things appear weird.
Please tell me that someone understands what I'm talking about?
Dipity if you are reading this I sure would like to hear your input :) .
Thanks ladies for your help!

ha! I call it being a semi space cadet! I am 54 still have brain fog, but that is probably in my case due to hypothyroidism which I have had since the onset of menopause many moons ago.
It sometimes feels like when I was pregnant (oh 28 years ago) and my mind was totally elsewhere. (hormones, so it stands to reason that menopause onset will do the same thing)

I agree that we have to keep pressing on despite feeling like a "space cadet", but please someone tell me that this will end!!!
Has anyone noticed that their glucose level is also affected? I'm wondering if this might be the main reason for this lightheaded feeling.
Andrea, I also notice that this feeling intensifies during that time of the month, whenever that time is suppose to be...I use to be every 28 days, now it's whenever.
Bonbe I do remember how horrible I felt the first 4 months of my pregnancy...I never thought about that until you mentioned it...but the feeling is quite similiar.
Thanks as always Ladies!
